Joel and Jamie were 100% attentive and responsive to our needs throughout the listing, negotiation, and settlement processes. Selling a home as part of an out-of-state relocation is never easy, but they made it as effortless as they possibly could. I appreciated the patience and grace Jamie shared as we moved through the different moments of trial and challenge throughout the process. Joel is a savvy and experienced Realtor who provided steady advice during the week leading up to our listing going live.
