Recently I contacted Joel for counsel in looking for a rancher investment property. Joel provided a link that automatically notified me when a home was hitting the market. We were able to save valuable time in narrowing our search. Joel's experience with investment properties was helpful knowledge as together we decided which property would be a good fit.
