Karl Fisher has been with The Tim Shreiner Group since November of 2016. He has a passion for helping new as well as seasoned investors in purchasing multi-family investment properties. He is enthusiastic about the revitalization occuring in the city of Lancaster & feels that there is great potential for investors throughout all of Lancaster County. Karl has been a landlord/investor for 40 years, & his properties are managed by North Pointe Property Management. Karl has lived in Lancaster County all his life & has been married to his wife, Eileen, for 47 years. They reside in the Lititz area & have two married daughters & five grandchildren. He is a licensed REALTOR® in PA & a member of LCAR, PAR, & NAR Associations.
