What a first class professional experience working with Karl Fisher! We live in California and wanted to purchase a multi-unit investment property in Lancaster and were referred to Karl. I am a RE broker in California and have worked in this industry for 30+ years. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Karl as an exceptional realtor to work with; he has great knowledge about his area, rare to find a realtor who specializes in and knows all the unique intracacies to look for in multi-family units. We ended up purchasing two multi-unit properties thru Karl, he represented our interests with integrity and honesty and would most definitely use him again if we choose to purchase another property in this area. Karl Fisher was my initial contact and he was absolutely wonderful , with his knowledge of the local area, and introducing me to all the necessary people to make my purchases go through so smoothly while I was traveling. I was not even present for the closing but I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went. Sue and her associates walked me through every step of the way and they handled all the paperwork seamlessly , even to the point of having a notary come to me in North Carolina to sign the final documents. There really is no challenge they cannot handle smoothly and efficiently. I just can't say enough.
