She set up showings whenever I asked to see a home, and sent me links to homes that met my requirements. When I was frustrated and/or stressed by the process, she remained a calming voice. She made the actual purchase of my home quite easy, kept me updated on what I needed for settlement, and was genuinely happy for me when everything was completed. She did the final walk-through and made sure everything was working, things I wouldn't have thought to check.
