Karl Fisher was my initial contact and he was absolutely wonderful , with his knowledge of the local area, and introducing me to all the necessary people to make my purchases go through so smoothly while I was traveling. I was not even present for the closing but I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went. Sue and her associates walked me through every step of the way and they handled all the paperwork seamlessly , even to the point of having a notary come to me in North Carolina to sign the final documents. There really is no challenge they cannot handle smoothly and efficiently. I just can't say enough.
