Kris Lundquist was a great realtor to work with! We met with her for the first time on a Monday evening and by Wednesday we had an offer accepted on a house! This was our first home so we didn't know anything about the home buying process so thankfully she walked us through it and was available to answer any questions we had. She had a quick response rate and gave us good suggestions on what to negotiate with the buyer. I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy a home!

I seriously couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. She was quick to respond to my calls, and messages. She set up showings whenever I asked to see a home, and sent me links to homes that met my requirements. When I was frustrated and/or stressed by the process, she remained a calming voice. She made the actual purchase of my home quite easy, kept me updated on what I needed for settlement, and was genuinely happy for me when everything was completed. She did the final walk-through and made sure everything was working, things I wouldn't have thought to check.

One of the best Realtors I have ever worked with. Honest, trustworthy and dependable! Kris is a very conscientious, hardworking agent with decades of experience in the Lancaster County market. I've purchased two houses through Kris and listed once. She's savvy, knows how to overcome obstacles to get a deal done. She is so responsive, even calling me with updates from the hospital bedside of a sick friend.. While there were many offers we made that were unsuccessful in a hot market, I always felt supported by good research and advice. And we ended up with a dream home! Kris is the type of person who will work as hard helping a young couple buy their first home on a budget as she will with a millionaire. Great Person. Very Honest - she is precise in her communication to avoid miscommunication.
